Come-to-you is most useful when several of these are true:

- Expected ticket sits inside roughly $500–$5,000 heart (or we have already agreed the travel is worth a higher conversation)
- You prefer we meet at a private residence, office, or agreed safe public lobby — exact point confirmed at booking
- Schedule makes a studio meet harder than a travel slot
- Multiple bags in one visit justify the travel window
We may still ask you to meet us (or ship) when travel distance, ticket size, or verification complexity does not justify on-site time. We say that early — not after you wait all afternoon.

On-site flow (what actually happens)
- Confirm bag list, address type, parking/entry notes, and ID requirement before the visit
- Arrive in the agreed window — private, by appointment only (not a walk-in shop drop)
- Empty personal items; we do a condition note + verification steps appropriate to value (authentication process · how we verify)
- Present a firm conditional buyout and/or consign option — you accept, decline, or take time
- If you accept: payment by named method (physical currency when appropriate and available, ACH, or cheque) with timing stated — not “instant cash” from the visit invite alone
