What to expect (about 30–45 minutes)

  1. Check-in — we confirm identity when moving to purchase (photo ID + ownership warranty on acceptance).
  2. In-hand inspection — in front of you; we narrate what we’re seeing.
  3. Verification steps appropriate to value band (machine where supported; independent specialist above thresholds — see auth page ).
  4. Firm conditional offer + comps — ask questions.
  5. Your choice — accept buyout, discuss consign, or leave with the bag and the written condition report.

We don’t double-book. You won’t wait in a retail line.

Send two or three photos (and flaws). We’ll return a preliminary range so the appointment is worth both of our time. Preliminary ≠ firm.

For collections estimated above $2,500, we meet at your home, office, or attorney’s in the Middle Tennessee counties we serve (Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner, Wilson). Insured, discreet, scheduled.
